• PDF reports summarising assessment findings

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content in reports is provided under licence for your internal business use. You may share reports within your organisation but may not resell or commercially distribute them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI-generated recommendations are advisory in nature and should not be considered as professional advice. You are responsible for making your own decisions based on the assessment results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xcession Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.
